Fractional Palantir Foundry Ontology Lead — Remote

Responsibilities Participate in client discovery conversations around Palantir Foundry, ontology design, and data/AI use cases. Translate business workflows into scalable Foundry ontology structures, including objects, properties, relationships, and mappings. Advise on Foundry implementation strategy, ontology governance, data onboarding, and best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, and engineers to define practical implementation roadmaps. Guide delivery teams on how to structure pipelines, ontology layers, and data models to support business outcomes. Support client workshops and occasional onsite sessions, potentially in Chicago or Houston. Requirements Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, especially ontology design and data modeling. Proven ability to design ontology objects, relationships, mappings, and business-facing data structures. Experience leading or supporting business discovery workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong understanding of Foundry pipelines, Code Repositories, Pipeline Builder, and data integration workflows. Solid technical background with Python, PySpark, SQL, and enterprise data environments. Experience with complex healthcare, clinical, claims, supply chain, financial, ERP/CRM, or regulated datasets. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain Foundry concepts to business stakeholders. Based in the United States and open to occasional client travel.
