In collaboration with the Bistro Manager and Concierge, the Bistro Cafe Associate is responsible for providing the best culinary experience and ensuring patient satisfaction. Prepare, cook, and deliver an excellent food and beverage service program while maximizing customer satisfaction. Assist in coordinating food‑related activities with other departments. Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors.
