About the Position

Community Stroke and Rehabilitation Center

Job Details:

• Day shift position with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend hours required
• No call requirements
• Work in a free-standing inpatient rehabilitation hospital with 40 beds
• Patient ratio of 5:1
• Treat adult patient population including stroke, traumatic and non-traumatic brain injury, debility, amputation, non-traumatic spinal cord injuries, some traumatic spinal cord injuries, cardiac and pulmonary patients, and neurological disorders such as myopathy, MS, and Parkinson's
• Utilize equipment including Lite Gait, Biodex, and Zero-G systems
• Work within Epic EHR system
• Required education: BS, MS, or DPT
• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience required
• No float requirements
• Required scrub color: Caribbean Blue
• Blue jeans are not acceptable attire
