Pay rates starting at $31.00 per hour plus overtime pay available after 40 worked hours per week. $3000 Referral bonusAbout the roleAs a CDL Driver, you'll not only drive our equipment, but you'll also drive our success! You'll play a key role in ensuring safe, on-time delivery of goods for our customers, running local routes that get you home daily. Travel across the country to help cover sites for vacations, be part of the launch team for new site start-ups, work at a different place every week or help support the site you originally come from in revenue generation or expense control.What you'll do on a typical dayDrive 53ft tractor trailer in and around the site or on public roadsNo touch freight positionDrive safely and adhere to all safety policies and practicesPerform routine inspectionsCommunicate effectively with dispatchWhat you'll need to succeed at GXOAt a minimum you'll need:6 months of Commercial Driver's License (CDL) experience operating the same type of equipment needed for this position, or larger, in the last 3 yearsMust be at least 18 years oldA current valid CDLA driver's license and a safe MVRIt'd be great if you also have:High school diploma or equivalentExperience moving multiple types of trailers (tanks, vans, flatbeds)GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
