Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in Hopedale, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. You will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a caring, innovative team that puts people first. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeFri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity through proper channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor access points and help verify authorized entry for staff, guests, and/or vendors while following site protocols for visitor management and credential checks. Support daily operations by communicating clearly with site contacts, providing directions and assistance, and completing required logs, reports, and other security‑related records. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
