Quality Control Manager

Job Summary This position shall have overall responsibility for the contractor's quality control management program to include maintaining and overseeing the quality control management program for entire contract. Primary Job Functions Administer quality control management program Responsible for overall quality assurance program Monitor and inspect all delivery orders for compliance Maintain records of inspections and certifications Prepare monthly reports depicting findings of quality inspections Periodically review the quality control program to ensure compliance Examine processes for preventative and corrective maintenance; make suggestions based on findings Perform inspections and re-inspections to ensure problems have been resolved Collect data for the DMLSS system including work orders and equipment history Education, Experience And Certification REQUIRED: Associate degree in related field REQUIRED: 5 years' experience in preparing and enforcing quality management programs (QMS) on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity Preferred: OHSA Certifications REQUIRED: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in quality control evaluation, inspection, and reporting within construction or facility management operations, plus a minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting healthcare facilities of similar size and operational complexity. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and PPE procedures Ability to conduct accident investigations and safety inspections Strong written and oral communication skills Travel Requirements What percentage of their role do they have to leave their base location? Base location is a specific office or home location. 10% Salary and Benefits The base salary range for this position is $70,00- $90,000.
