Join Nova Estates’ Zillow Team
Nova Estates is hiring motivated real estate agents to join the Kpachavi Team’s Zillow division across Southern California.
Led by George Kpachavi, Nova Estates has grown into a serious production-focused real estate organization with 60–70 agents across the team and 38 agents already operating inside the Zillow team.
This role is built for agents who want more than a brokerage. It is for agents who want lead flow, training, accountability, support, and a real path to production.
Markets We Serve:Nova Estates serves major Southern California markets, including:
- Whittier
- San Fernando
- Palmdale
- All of LA County
- Ventura County
- Orange County
- Temecula Valley
Office locations include San Fernando, Palmdale, Sherman Oaks, Whittier, with Lake Elsinore opening soon.
Lead OpportunitiesAs a Zillow Flex Real Estate Agent with Nova Estates, you will have access to major lead sources, including:
- Zillow Preferred
- Realtor.com
- Veterans United
The team also has a high volume of seller opportunities. Agents who come in, train, follow the system, and close business can earn their way into more seller-side opportunities over time.
Training DevelopmentNova Estates provides direct training to help agents get production-ready quickly.
Training includes:
- Zillow Boot Camp
- Role play
- Listing appointment training
- Weekly training with team leadership
- Lead conversion coaching
- Sales process development
- Accountability around follow-up and performance
This is not a “figure it out yourself” environment. Agents are expected to train, execute, and improve.
Support SystemsNova Estates has a full infrastructure designed to support agent production, including:
- Operations Manager
- 4 virtual assistants
- Agent support
- Director of Performance
- Dedicated sales leadership
- Follow Up Boss CRM
- Maverick
You will have access to the tools, people, and leadership needed to move faster and stay focused on closing business.
Who We’re Looking ForThis role is a strong fit for agents who are:
- Licensed or actively pursuing a real estate license
- Serious about growing in real estate
- Coachable and willing to follow a system
- Comfortable with follow-up, calls, and lead conversion
- Interested in buyer and seller opportunities
- Able to serve Southern California markets
- Ready to be held accountable to production
A lot of agents want Zillow leads. Fewer agents are prepared to actually convert them.
