In this role, you will provide direct resident care and assist residents with activities of daily living while helping create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingAssist with feeding and hydration as neededTake and document vital signsAssist with transfers, ambulation, and repositioningMonitor resident conditions and report changes promptly to nursing staffMaintain accurate documentation of care providedPromote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of lifeMaintain a clean and safe environment for residentsCommunicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team membersWork collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional careQualificationsMust be at least 18 years of ageCurrent South Carolina CNA certification in good standingExperience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferredCompassion for an underserved populationWillingness to work 12-hour shiftsStrong communication and teamwork skillsDependable, professional, and resident-focusedWe are an equal opportunity employer.
