Onsite for 1-3 months, then Hybrid in Spring TX
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
2-5 years of engineering experience in product design, testing, manufacturing support, or product development.
Proficiency with SolidWorks software.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Working knowledge of engineering calculations, design verification testing, and technical problem solving.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical standards.
Experience troubleshooting technical issues and supporting root cause investigations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Time Management
Oil/ Gas, or Industrial industry preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with product qualification and reliability testing.
Experience conducting design verification testing and analyzing test data.
Experience performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Familiarity with FMEA, tolerance analysis, reliability principles, and risk assessment methodologies.
Experience supporting products through the full lifecycle including concept development, qualification testing, production release, and field support.
Experience in oilfield, industrial, manufacturing, or electromechanical product environments, HVAC
