Job Summary We are seeking warm and razor-smart psychiatric nurse practitioners with entrepreneurial spirits to perform consultations in nursing homes in New York. As psychiatric nurse practitioners working at Ivy, you will be provided full administrative support and clinical mentorship. Responsibilities Work closely and collaboratively with nursing home staff, residents, and families. Proactively follow up with patients and assess the efficacy of recommended interventions. Provide education on best practices. Round at assigned nursing homes and recommend psychiatric medication and treatment recommendations. Integrate pharmacological and behavioral interventions, emphasizing non-pharmacological treatments whenever possible.
