Maintenance Worker

You’ll conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance and come up with ideas for preventative measures we can use to maximize the life of our equipment and minimize safety risks. Responsibilities: • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks • Manage other maintenance requests as required • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs Qualifications: • Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques • High school diploma/GED or equivalent • 2+ years of maintenance experience Compensation: $16 - $17 hourly
