We're looking for Cell Leads to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll coordinate all activities within your production cell to meet quality, output, and scheduling targets. You'll work hands-on alongside your team while driving accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across every shift.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Verify line clearance, work orders, and all production/quality documentation at shift start-up and shutdown
• Confirm all materials are staged at the press - WIP, components, packaging, labels, IMLs, and tape
• Conduct label verification, labor counts, and BOM reviews
• Perform quality audits (GOJO, MRE, MRY, SSAP) and complete customer-specific documentation including lot control and non-conforming product forms
• Deliver parts to QA2 three times per shift and return product/limit standards at shift end
• Audit production cells for GMP compliance, 5S standards, safety, visual inspection, scale/camera verification, and cycle time
• Review batch records and GDP documentation; submit to QA
• Oversee rework projects and complete all associated paperwork
• Provide direction, training, and communication to Operators
• Serve as backup for Admin Supervisor and Metrology Specialist as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized 5S work environment and report any unsafe conditions immediately

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 1 year of experience in plastic injection molding manufacturing (preferred)
• Strong English reading and writing skills
• Must have completed 12-week training successfully
• Keen vision (20/20 corrected) and normal color perception
• Proven attendance record (fewer than 40 hours absent per year)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with a collaborative, positive attitude
• Basic math and computer proficiency
• Demonstrated knowledge of the injection molding process
• Critical thinking ability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to lead and work effectively within a diverse team

COMPENSATION Shift Base Pay Attendance Bonus* Total / hr 2nd Shift $18.85 / hr $0.50 / hr $19.35 / hr 3rd Shift $19.50 / hr $1.50 / hr $21.00 / hr
* Attendance bonus is earned for each week with perfect attendance.
