Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join a growing organization in the manufacturing space. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring a high level of service while managing ongoing client relationships from order intake through fulfillment.


Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Manage customer orders, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
• Coordinate closely with internal teams such as production, operations, and logistics to meet customer needs
• Monitor order status, resolve issues, and proactively communicate updates to customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution
• Maintain accurate customer and order records within internal systems

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, account management, or a similar client-facing role
• Background in the packaging industry strongly preferred; experience in manufacturing or a related industry also considered
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with ERP systems, CRM tools, or order management systems
