About the Role
Power Innovations International (PII) is seeking a Program Management Leader to drive the successful development of next-generation EV Charging and Power Conversion / Edge Energy (PC/EE) products. This role leads cross-functional teams, ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget, and builds scalable program management processes across the organization.
This is a high-impact leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, technical environments and enjoys aligning engineering, business, and customer needs into successful product launches.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage PII’s project management team
- Oversee new product development programs from concept through launch
- Drive execution of EV charging and power conversion product initiatives
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to scope
- Develop and implement standardized project management tools and processes
- Provide accurate, timely reporting on program and product status
- Facilitate communication across stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Evaluate program financial viability and product profitability
- Define clear project goals and maintain focus across teams
- Lead productive stakeholder and cross-functional meetings
What You Bring
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)
Experience
- 5+ years of project management experience in the electrical industry
- Preferred: 2+ years in EV, energy storage, or power conversion
