Base Compensation: $230,000 - $254,000
Earning Potential: $250,000 - $276,000+ (wRVU bonuses because your hard work should come with a cherry on top-or a grape in this case!)

She Recruits is thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for a Primary Care Physician at a thriving outpatient clinic in the heart of Sonoma, CA. Clinic Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. (Weekends are for wine tasting, not charting.)
• Patient mix: 48% adult, 50% geriatric, 2% pediatric. (The kiddos are adorable; the adults are grateful; and the seniors? They've got the best stories.)
• Procedures we love: Geriatrics, pediatrics, splinting, employment physicals, disability/workers comp exams, EKG and X-ray interpretation, and more.
• Collaborative on-site interview process with physician leadership and operations management.
