Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to become an integral part of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental terminology and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently using Open Dental software.
Handle patient calls, answer inquiries, and manage patient records with professionalism.
Verify insurance information and process claims accurately.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations and optimal patient care.
