Physical Therapist - PT

Role Overview: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team, adhering to professional and ethical standards. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics for effective self-management. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with policies. Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current, valid state PT licensure or certification. CPR certification preferred. 0-1 years of experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
