Mobile Service Technician

Pines Auto Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Service Technician to join our team in Pembroke Pines, FL. In this role, you will provide high-quality automotive repair and maintenance services directly to our customers at their preferred locations, ensuring convenience and exceptional service. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic inspections and repairs on a wide range of vehicle makes and models at customer locations. Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and battery replacements. Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and recommended services. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and company policies while working off-site. Manage tools and equipment to ensure service efficiency and quality. Requirements Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic, preferably in a mobile service role. Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures. ASE certification or equivalent automotive technician certification is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
