Job Description

Dinamic AS Group is seeking a professional and personable Client Service Associate to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri.

In this role, you will serve as an important point of contact for clients, helping answer questions, coordinate requests, provide information, and ensure each interaction reflects the high standard of service our company strives to deliver.

The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous assistance to clients.
• Respond to client questions and service-related requests.
• Maintain clear and accurate communication throughout the client experience.
• Assist with coordinating appointments, requests, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Identify client needs and help connect them with appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate client information and internal records.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve concerns efficiently.
• Follow established procedures while maintaining a personalized approach to service.
• Help ensure consistent client satisfaction and a positive overall experience.
• Support additional administrative and client service activities as needed.
