What You'll Do
- Conduct EEG testing and neurodiagnostic procedures in various hospital units
- Work in epilepsy monitoring, sEEG, neurotelemetry, ictal SPECT, routine EEG, trauma, and critical care cases
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate diagnostics
- Protocol adherence during neurodiagnostic procedures
- Float between Riley Hospital (pediatric) and Methodist Hospital as needed
- Assist with collodion/glue EEG hookup techniques
- Maintain detailed and accurate charting using Cerner
- Work rotating days and nights, with flexibility to adapt as needed
What You Need
Required:
- Valid ABRET certification, BLS, and R.EEG T credentials
- Minimum of 2 years neurodiagnostic experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including major holidays (2/3)
- Willingness to float between units and work with all patient populations
- Preferred:
- Experience with collodion/glue EEG hookup techniques
- Prior work in acute care or hospital environments
