Functional Analyst/ Solution Architect Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite) Experience: 1+ Years Duration: Long term Contract Note: Need LinkedIn & Passport No with the profile Mandatory Skills: SAP GTS GTS Functional Analyst Solution Architect Job Description: Analyze business requirements, convert them into functional and technical specifications, design cross-functional solutions to meet complex business needs, and participate in new technology evaluations. Perform and document software application configuration and/or coding, prepare and execute testing (unit, integration, performance, acceptance), and data conversions using standard tools following established processes and guidelines. Functional Knowledge: Demonstrate conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline with basic knowledge of related disciplines. Business Expertise: Knowledge of best practices and how different areas integrate with each other. Problem Solving: Solve complex problems, exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information, and take new perspectives on existing solutions. Interpersonal Skills: Explain difficult or sensitive information clearly and work to build consensus. Education and Experience: Must Have: 6-8 years SAP configuration experience in Sales and Distribution (SD) and Global Trade Services (GTS), including 2-3 full lifecycle implementations. Experience designing enhancements and continuous improvement projects involving GTS – Compliance Management (Sanctioned Party Lists, Embargo, Legal Control) and Customs Management, including integration with SAP ERP. Solid knowledge of GTS customs declaration documents and forms like commercial invoices. Experience with US Automated Export System (AES) filing using GTS and Broker Interface. Configuration and enhancements in SD Billing, Pricing, and billing copy control in SAP ECC. Knowledge of Order to Cash processes including sales order configuration, pricing, delivery, and warehouse management. Experience promoting changes to production, including writing and executing test plans. Analytical, quick learner, able to prioritize and multitask. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Strong organizational skills and drive to deliver results. Self-starter, proactive, able to work independently, managing timelines and deadlines. Ability to present and articulate functional solutions. Additional Relevant Experience/Knowledge: Implementation/migration to SAP GTS E4H. SAP S/4HANA implementation and integration with GTS. Knowledge of SAP Security Functions. Knowledge of SAP CRM functionalities such as Opportunities, Contracts, Service Cases.
