The Server is the conductor of the guest experience. As the leading presence tableside, they must maintain a sense of mindful urgency that is demonstrated with poise and professionalism. We’re looking for a unique voice that communicates the culture of Confidant with a confident grasp of the food & beverage programs. They will work closely with support staff to ensure an elegantly efficient pace of service. With an innate understanding of balance, the Server will know how to keep guests present and hungry for a future opportunity to be seated.

The Server reports to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Compensation begins at $11.35 per hour plus tips.

Position Requirements

• Joie de vivre.
• A minimum 2 years of experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant is preferred, but we are willing to train a candidate with promise.
• We are open for dinner service Wednesday to Sunday, going to 7 days in late April: full time availability is a must.
• Deep comfort with Toast.
• The ability to multitask and coordinate effectively with floor and kitchen management.
• Apt attention to details in service of refining every dining experience.
• Maintain an organized floor section.
• The ability to lift 10 to 25lbs where necessary.
• The ability to deliver dishes with a clear and professional verbal description.
• Passion for food and beverage, as well as furthering their education in the restaurant industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of natural wine, and comfort with classic, craft cocktails.
