Company : XP Power Position Title : Production Assembler Location : Gloucester, MA Schedule : On-site, 6 AM - 2:30 PM or 7 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Rate : $25/hour Job Summary XP Power is seeking a skilled Electronic Circuitry/Parts Assembler I to perform light electro-mechanical assembly operations of moderately high complexity. The ideal candidate will have soldering experience and a keen attention to detail, following established manufacturing assembly procedures. Key Responsibilities Perform production assembly work, focusing on electro-mechanical assembly of RF Generators for use in industrial settings. Final configuration of externally produced components to meet customer specifications. Manufacture PCBAs, cable assemblies, cable harnesses, and power supplies. Undertake fault diagnosis and implement solutions to improve processes. Promote continuous improvement by sharing observations and knowledge with manufacturing engineering, quality, and the design team. Align with Health and Safety and 6S Lean principles within the manufacturing department. Participate in cross-training and provide training to others in the department. Work with limited supervision and follow written and verbal instructions. Qualifications Knowledge of basic assembly and electro-mechanical assembly functions. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and written procedures in English. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Ability to operate machinery such as soldering irons, power screwdrivers, and various hand tools. Additional Information Three (3) years of soldering experience is required. Candidates will be tested on their soldering skills as part of the interview process.
