Inventory Control Clerk

About the role We’re hiring an Inventory Control Clerk to help keep our Las Vegas warehouse accurate, organized, and audit-ready. You’ll own day-to-day stock accuracy, counting, receiving, and reconciling inventory across our systems, so our fulfillment team always has what it needs to get orders out the door. This is a great fit for someone who is precise, systems-minded, and takes real pride in a clean, well-organized warehouse. What you’ll do Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventory counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate inventory records in our warehouse management system (WMS) and flag data discrepancies. Organize and label stock locations to support fast, accurate picking and putaway. Track slow-moving, damaged, or expiring inventory and route it for markdown, return, or disposal per company policy. Support month-end and year-end inventory reconciliation and audits. Partner with the fulfillment and purchasing teams to flag low-stock or overstock situations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in line with safety guidelines. Qualifications 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehouse, receiving, or stockroom work (2+ years preferred). Comfort using a warehouse management system (WMS), inventory software, or ERP; strong basic computer and Excel skills. Highly detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy. This role is about getting the count right, every time. Able to lift up to 40 lbs., stand or walk for a full shift, and use basic warehouse equipment (pallet jack; forklift certification a plus). Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently once trained. High school diploma or equivalent. Schedule Full-time, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend or overtime coverage during peak seasons and inventory counts.
