Chick-fil-A Team Member

A team member is someone who can be scheduled at least 35 hours a week each week and who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture, and has a servant's heart. They have passion for people and for serving others, have a strong character, take initiative, and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our team members are responsible for supporting the senior management in executing daily operations and being accountable for every component of operational excellence and our Recipe for Service. The starting salary for full-time team members is $18/hour.

Responsibilities of full-time team members:

• Participate operationally in daily activities in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants
• Offer immediate and respectful response to guest needs
• Help in training new employees, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly and motivating team player
• Open and/or close, leadership changes, actively working on leadership growth
• Trained in both front of house and back of house functions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are managed by independent franchise business owners who make all their own business decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.

Work schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Availability on weekends
• 10-hour shift
