Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Phoenixville, Chester County, Pennsylvania

Join Dine-Aglow Diablo Food Service Fuels, a 60-year family-owned and operated manufacturing company in Phoenixville, PA. We are looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic who takes pride in keeping production equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably in a growing manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with production teams, and supporting high-speed production and packaging systems that are essential to daily operations.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will help keep our facility operating at its best by:

· Troubleshooting and repairing production and plant equipment to minimize downtime.

· Setting up, maintaining, and improving liquid filling lines and packaging equipment for mass production.

· Performing preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to support safe, consistent operation.

· Working with high-voltage electrical systems, including 480V/3-phase power.

· Handling general plant and building maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, and plumbing work.

· Identifying and reporting equipment or facility conditions that could affect product quality or production standards.

· Working closely with management and production teams to solve problems and keep operations moving.

What We’re Looking For

· 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

· Strong hands-on experience maintaining industrial packaging equipment and liquid filling production lines.

· Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
