As a valued member of the surgical team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in the operating room. This role requires flexibility, as you will participate in call rotations, including one weeknight and two weekend days a month, with the possibility of additional call as needed. You may also float to other facilities if required.

• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible parties
• Utilize clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions
• Contribute to a healthy workplace environment through professional communication and conflict management
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records
• Participate in continuing education to enhance professional growth
• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications
• Need 1 year experience in setting
