Edwards & Sons Automotive Equipment | SF Bay Area Are you a salesperson who would rather be in the field building relationships and creating opportunities than sitting behind a desk? Edwards & Sons Automotive Equipment is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. For nearly four decades, Edwards & Sons has served automotive dealerships, independent repair facilities, fleets, municipalities, schools, and heavy-duty facilities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We don't just sell equipment. We help customers design, equip, maintain, and improve their service facilities.

WHAT YOU’LL SELL

You’ll represent some of the most respected manufacturers in the automotive equipment industry, including: Rotary Lift Vehicle exhaust systems Lubrication and fluid-management systems Shop and service equipment You’ll also introduce customers to Edwards & Sons' complete capabilities, including installation, service, preventative maintenance, ALI-certified lift inspections, equipment relocations, and project management.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We want someone who: Enjoys prospecting and developing new business Knows how to build long-term customer relationships Is comfortable walking into a shop, dealership, or fleet facility and starting a conversation Can identify customer needs and turn them into opportunities Communicates professionally and follows through Is organized and accountable Is comfortable learning technical products Understands that great salespeople create opportunities—they don't simply wait for leads Automotive, heavy-duty, equipment, dealership, fleet, industrial, or B2B sales experience is a plus. Knowledge of our industry is valuable, but sales ability, work ethic, curiosity, and relationship-building skills matter just as much.
