This position supports the sales force and coordinated fittings of the LifeVest product throughout the country./pulliProvide internal support for Field Sales with delivery of the LifeVest/liliResponsible for meeting all agreed upon service metrics (i.e. productivity, exceptions, timelines, quality, and field inventory levels, call quality, phone availability etc.)/liliCoordinate patient appointments with PSR contractors including fittings, follow-up visits and in-services. Responsible for ensuring time to fit metric is met/liliManage the selection of PSR contractors based on availability, activity levels, etc./liliManage field inventory levels. Disperses equipment as needed, determining shipping methods based on cost versus need/liliActs as the single point of coordination for inventory and PSR management./liliNegotiates with PSR contractors regarding fees for services/liliAct as a liaison between internal and external customers/liliProvide quality and timely customer support for product installations and post installation inquiries./liliAssist in obtaining appropriate documentation and patient records pertaining to prescription of and installation of LifeVest/liliAssist Reimbursement/Intake in obtaining necessary insurance information/liliMay assist and participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures/liliSolicits and acts on Field Sales feedback/liliSupport company and department change initiatives/liliManage customer (internal/external) relationships effectively/liliDemonstrate ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment/liliSupport on-boarding effort for new hires/li/ulh3Required/Preferred Education and Experience/h3ulliAssociates Degree required/lili2+ years customer service experience preferred/li/ulh3Knowledge, Skills and Abilities/h3ulliKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite/li/ulh3Physical Demands/h3ulliStanding - Occasionally/liliWalking - Occasionally/liliSitting - Constantly/liliTalking - Occasionally/liliHearing - Occasionally/liliRepetitive Motions - Frequently/li/ulh3Compensation:/h3ulliThe hourly pay rate for this position is $20.00 to $26.00.
