Einstein Bros. Bagels We are looking for Seasonal Team Members for the summer season to join our bakery. Team members are the secret ingredient in our bakery and are true brand ambassadors, creating a positive guest experience. What’s a day in the life of a Team Member? Our Team Members make sure every guest feels welcomed from the minute they walk in. They ensure the quality of the food and beverages we serve, keep a safe and clean store environment, and promote the company by providing excellent guest service. What’s in it for you? Must be at least 16 years or older Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends Must be able to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required Work schedules and hours will vary based on operational requirements Employment is contingent on business needs and performance Tip eligibility subject to state regulations Location 10665 E US Highway 36, Avon, Indiana 46123 Physical Demands Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.
