Workers Compensation Claims Examiner

Analyzing workers compensation claims for clients in NE jurisdictions, the full-time remote Workers Compensation Claims Examiner will adjudicate complex claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with claimants and clients to ensure timely resolution. Key responsibilities Analyzing and processing claims through action plans to achieve timely resolutions Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients Required qualifications 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred Knowledge of licensing/jurisdiction requirements for MA, RI, VT, NH, CT
