Job Title

Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Contract)

Location

Georgetown, TX | Emergency Department

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 4 weekend shifts per schedule | No on-call required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 23-bed Emergency Department with a 4:1 patient ratio
• Perform and assist with procedures including cardioversion, TNK administration, and moderate sedation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CNCs, paramedics, and PCTs in a fast-paced ED environment
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
• Maintain ALS, BLS, ENPC, and TNCC certifications throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in Texas
• ALS and BLS certifications required
• TNCC and ENPC (or PALS) certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of Emergency Department experience
• ENPC certification preferred over PALS
• Team-oriented, flexible, and positive demeanor with the ability to adapt to fluctuating patient volumes
