Respiratory Therapist (RT or CRT) - $4,000 SIGN ON BONUS Healthcare Supportis interviewing for a Respiratory Therapist (RT or CRT) in High Point, North Carolina This role is ideal for clinicians who want to step outside of the hospital and bring life-changing respiratory support directly to patients where they live. - $40 - $45 an hour
- Quarterly Bonuses!
- PTO accrual starts from hire date and increases with tenure | Year 1–2: 104 hours/year (13 days)
- Floating Holidays (FHL) based on hire month: Up to 5 days
- 6 Paid Holidays off

- Conduct in-home patient assessments and provide clinical education on respiratory equipment.
- Adjust ventilator settings based on patient needs and physician orders.
- Monitor and troubleshoot advanced respiratory equipment to ensure optimal function.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and patient interactions.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT)
