HVAC Technician Position

Kevin's Plumbing & Heating is expanding our search for experienced HVAC professionals throughout central North Dakota. Our operation is based in Minot, North Dakota, and we're interested in connecting with skilled HVAC technicians from the Bismarck area who are open to commuting or relocating for the right long-term opportunity. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and commercial HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical system issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
• Repair and replace HVAC components as needed
• Explain repair recommendations and solutions to customers
• Complete accurate work orders and service documentation
• Follow company safety procedures and industry standards

Qualifications:

• EPA Certification required
• Three or more years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits:

• $26.00-$32.00 per hour, depending on experience
