JOB PURPOSE:

PRN Nursewill travel to assigned client locations to perform Initial Admissions and followup visits via Assessmentswithin Client placeof residence. RN will evaluate patient’s condition, completing appropriateclinical documentation under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor orDirector. RN will implement and update Patient Care Plan in conjunction withpatient and family to assist them in achieving optimal resolution ofneeds/problems, document, and report to Nursing Supervisor.PositionsavailableASAP Service Locations: Choose Your Locations willing to travel.
