You contribute to exceptional guest service, regulatory compliance, and the efficient operation of the casino. Your professionalism and attention to detail support both internal departments and external guests in a fast-paced environment.Job Description:Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service cultureAccurately perform guest and departmental financial transactions, including check cashing, markers, chip redemption, coin/currency exchange, and voucher redemptionsIssue and receive funds related to casino operations, including table games, slots, and other internal departmentsMaintain accountability for assigned funds, reconcile balances, and promptly report any discrepanciesOperate computer systems, coin/currency counters, and cage equipment in accordance with standard proceduresComplete required forms and documentation accurately and in compliance with gaming regulations and internal controlsMaintain an organized, clean, and secure workstation at all timesSupport overall team success through effective communication and collaboration with coworkers and leadershipProvide frontline support for select player club services and basic promotional inquiriesMaintain knowledge of current promotions, procedures, and property offerings to accurately support guests and staffHeld to a high standard of accountability for maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of guest information, as well as departmental records and reports, in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirementsEnsure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the positionProvide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standardsPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum 6 months of experience in a high-volume cash handling environment, preferably in a casino or financial settingStrong numerical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detailAbility to follow standard operating procedures and regulatory requirementsAbility to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a teamCommitted to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environmentAbility to access and input information using a moderately complex computer systemRequirementsAt least 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbalObtain and maintain all work cards as required by the companyVerify right to work in the United StatesWork CardsNevada Gaming RegistrationPhysical RequirementsOccasionally push/pull up to 30lbs.Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 30lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levelsOccasionally Squat, kneel, reach, bend, twistFrequently stand and work at a desk or computerFrequently standing and walkingAbility to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephoneAbility to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in personAbility to distinguish between shades of colorAbility to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterityWork Environment Potential ConditionsIndoorSmokyNoisyDisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
