About the Juntos Program Juntos provides temporary shelter to unaccompanied children and teenagers who have crossed the southern border into the United States and are in need of a safe place to live. Our goal is to help children through these difficult circumstances and to minimize the impact by providing a warm and caring home that seeks to reunite children with their family. Services are focused on the safety of every child in our care. We utilize a Nurtured Heart, a trauma‑informed care approach, which emphasizes physical, psychological and emotional safety for the children in our care and helps them rebuild a sense of control. Location: Woodbury, NJ Job Status: Full Time, 3pm-11pm shift Position Summary Center For Family Services is seeking motivated, culturally sensitive and compassionate individuals for the Residential Care Provider positions for the Juntos Program. The Residential Care Provider will be a key member of the program's team by providing direct counseling services and support to children and teens in the program.
