VALIDATION ENGINEER

Job Title
Develop validation test cases and plans.
Support equipment design reviews and provide design guidance to suppliers.
Engage with equipment suppliers from Design through Site Acceptance phases of projects.
Support molding & automation/ Software engineering
Collaborate with a quality team during the development of validation protocols, reports and approvals.
Review, analyze, and provide recommendations for validation test data (including the ability to interpreted results from Test Method Validation like Gage R&R, process capability, etc.)
Write deviations and provide guidance on resolving deviations and rationalizing engineering changes (ECO) associated with validation activities Provide on-site support at equipment suppliers sites during machine build, debug and testing/qualification. Supervise installation and testing to verify requirements and specifications are met.
Draft qualification protocols & reports and manage qualification activities.
