Job Category Management & Administration Employee Type FT Exempt Required Degree NONE Description Location: Arlington, VA and approved Telework Clearance Required: Top Secret with ability to obtain SCI Anticipated Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 Knowesis is seeking two (2) Administrative Assistants to deliver organizational and executive-level assistance to leadership bodies, managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and supporting document workflows. The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Provide administrative and executive-level assistance, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and correspondence management. Support document routing, clearance tracking, meeting preparation, and coordination of leadership engagements. Maintain organized records, files, logs, and supporting documents to enable smooth operations and timely responsiveness. Provide onsite or virtual logistical support for meetings, including registration management and attendance tracking. Required Qualifications: Provide project organization and overall management to support the Sector Management contract management function, maintaining schedule and quality of all services and products. Ex perience providing administrative support to executive leadership or large project teams. Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.
