Key Responsibilities
- Perform objective occupational therapy assessments for patients of all ages under the general supervision of the Manager of Physical Medicine
- Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment programs in accordance with departmental policies and procedures regarding referral
- Deliver care consistent with established standards of treatment and facility protocols
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
- Fulfill call and float requirements as directed by the facility
Required Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma OTR or LOTR licensure required
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only
- Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
- Expected weekly hours: 36
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience providing care to patients across all age groups
- Familiarity with inpatient rehabilitation settings and workflows
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
