As a Surgical Technologist specializing in the Cardio OR, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of surgical procedures by providing essential support to the surgical team. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the highest standards of patient care.

• Provide assistance during cardiovascular surgical procedures in the CVOR
• Ensure the sterile field is maintained and all instruments are available
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses
• Maintain a safe and organized operating room environment
• Participate in the rotating call schedule as required

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited scrub technologist program
• Certification in Surgical Technology from NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT
• Colorado Surgical Tech License - CST (DORA), required
• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Specific CVOR CST experience required
