Shift: 6a-4:30p; Minimum Experience: 3+ years REQUIRED; Minimum 2+ years OR experience REQUIRED. Must have experience with Ortho-Spine and Neuro REQUIRED; Epic experience required; AHA ACLS, AHA BLS, AHA PALS certs required; WI or compact license required; Primary Case/Procedure Types: Ortho-Spine/Pain/Neuro and Peds (a few times a month). Anterior & Posterior Fusions, ALIFT, TLIF, Discectomy, Hand/Upper Extremity, Podiatry; at least one completed contract required
