We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Car Sales Representative to join a dynamic automotive sales team. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process - from initial greeting to final delivery - while providing exceptional service and product knowledge. The ideal candidate is motivated, personable, and driven to meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced dealership environment.


Job Duties:
• Greet customers and assist them in identifying their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Guide customers through the financing and purchase process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.
• Maintain current knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, and manufacturer incentives.
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up calls, emails, and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals set by management.
• Accurately complete all sales and financing paperwork in compliance with dealership and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and management to support overall dealership success.
