Outlet Quality Associate - Cary Outlet

Summary The Outlet Quality Associate is responsible for executing maintenance and housekeeping at the Cary Outlet to ensure the facility, grounds, and store systems meet company standards. This role plans, coordinates, and performs preventive and reactive maintenance to minimize operational disruptions. The associate partners with the Outlet Team to maintain a safe, functional, and compliant work environment. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations Ensure upkeep and functionality of building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage structures Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets, including doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders Prioritize, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to minimize disruptions Maintain safety and compliance with OSHA and HAZMAT standards Requirements Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail Ability to perform preventive maintenance and basic repair activities Strong communication, organization, and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Physically able to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, climbing, and other physical tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
