A successful State Farm agency is looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to join the team as a Customer Care Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and combining customer service with sales. You'll work with both existing customers and prospective clients to identify needs, explain coverage options, provide quotes, and help customers make informed insurance decisions.

Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000+ total potential compensation Guaranteed Base: $40,000 + performance-based commissions and bonuses

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Follow up with current and prospective clients to identify insurance needs
• Assist customers with questions about coverage, eligibility, billing, policy changes, transfers, and claims
• Conduct needs-based conversations and explain insurance products in an easy-to-understand way
• Prepare insurance quotes and present coverage options
• Identify sales opportunities with both new and existing customers
• Follow up on leads and develop new business opportunities
• Provide responsive, professional service throughout the customer relationship
• Build referral and networking relationships within the community
• Stay current on insurance products, licensing requirements, and industry updates
• Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve individual and office goals

Licensing

• Property & Casualty license – must be able to obtain
• Life & Health license – must be able to obtain
• Selected candidate must successfully complete all applicable licensing requirements and required training
