What You’ll Do:

• Take and coordinate meal orders, ensuring timely delivery to the kitchen and accurate service

• Serve meals in a friendly, professional, and dignified manner

• Oversee dining room setup for each meal, including cleanliness, stocking, and table presentation

• Ensure proper serving techniques and dining etiquette are consistently followed

• Supervise and support team members in service execution and communication with the kitchen

• Maintain smooth pacing of meal service so residents enjoy each course comfortably and at the right temperature

• Assist residents with menu selections and ensure adherence to special dietary needs and therapeutic diets

• Communicate and document dietary concerns or refusals as needed

• Coordinate tray service and delivery to resident apartments

• Present menus, answer questions, and highlight daily specials

• Passion for hospitality and resident satisfaction

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience in dining services, hospitality, or senior living preferred
