Tech - MLT/Medical Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist

$1468.80/week - Job Summary: Assist in performing laboratory testing and analysis to support accurate diagnosis and patient care. Ensure compliance with laboratory policies and maintain quality standards while working efficiently within a dynamic team. Responsibilities: Perform chemical, biological, hematological, and immunological tests accurately and timely. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as Sysmex, Siemens, Iris, Vision, Genexpert, Sofia, Abbot, and Werfen analyzers. Follow protocols for specimen collection, handling, and processing according to unit guidelines. Document test results and update electronic medical records (EMR) with precision. Adhere to safety and infection control policies, including proper use of PPE and scrub attire. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and quality standards. Qualifications: Possess ASCP MLT, ASCP MLS, AMT MLT, or AMT MLS certification. Have at least 1 year of laboratory technologist experience. Demonstrate proficiency in routine lab procedures and equipment operation. Show adaptability to change and be a team-oriented professional. Candidates without Blood Bank history will not be considered. Preferred candidates are generalists with a flexible skill set.
