Core Functions:
- Schedule catering orders.
- Maintain the order schedule and communicate with clients.
- Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies.
- Transport materials to and from events, following health and safety protocols.
- Address immediate customer concerns to provide an optimal experience.
Preferred:
- Previous catering and/or Chick-fil-A experience
Requirements:
- Enjoys serving others.
- Ability to work independently or as a team player.
- Demonstrates a high level of initiative.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Works well under pressure.
- Takes instruction and direction well.
- Demonstrates good communication and social skills.
- Availability includes 4am-7am time window.
- Will cross train in the front and back, to have full operational knowledge.
