This role requires a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business. Responsibilities Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations. Run shifts effectively by managing workflow, delegating tasks, and maintaining productivity. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to team members to foster a positive work environment. Handle any issues or conflicts that arise during the shift promptly and professionally. Communicate shift updates and important information to management and team members. Qualifications Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Flexible schedule availability to cover various shifts as needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to run shifts efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
