What You’ll Do Be a Team Member: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicate with team members and remain flexible to business needs. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of front‑floor, back‑room operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment maintenance; prepare (cut, grind, wrap, trim) meat products according to established standards; maintain product quality. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology for immediate business decisions and encourage adoption by others. Be an Owner: Commit to operational excellence; maintain work area per company policies; ensure quality and date control; secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise; reduce waste; assist members with purchasing decisions; ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage.
